STEP 1: CONTACT
You contact me, and we discuss your content marketing writing needs and see if I’m a good fit. If so, we’ll talk about the deliverables, timeline, and budget. I’ll create a proposal and contract for the deliverables, timeline, and budget, including a 50% deposit. I’ll send that to you via email.
STEP 2: DISCOVERY
I’ll send you a questionnaire about your brand and your goals with content marketing. I need to know who your target audience is and what success means to you. The information you give me will help me write the stellar content you’re looking for, so go into detail.
I’ll use this information to create a brief and confirm that this matches your needs.
STEP 3: WORK
I get to work on your marketing content writing project! I check out your competitors, read your existing content, perform search engine optimization (SEO) research, and anything else needed. With the information I have so stealthily uncovered, I create a content marketing strategy for you.
I start researching, interviewing (if necessary), and writing. I write and write and write and edit until I have created a masterpiece for you.
STEP 4: DELIVERY
I deliver the final piece for you according to our agreement. I include two revisions per piece, so I am happy to make revisions if necessary. We go through this process for all of your deliverables.
